Our Fruit of the Loom T-shirts are hard wearing and high grade DTF transfers give a long lasting soft feel.

All items should be cared for at home to ensure a long life, Items should be washed from cold to 40 degrees.
Do Not tumble dry; items should be turned inside
out for ironing.

Every effort is made to ensure all items are high quality and standard in size.
The garments we sell are sold by size, it is up to the consumer to ensure
you check the size guide and order the correct size required.
All T-Shirts are printed to order, so returns due to incorrect size are not accepted.

RETURNS

If you have received faulty or incorrect items, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery who will be happy to help sort it out.
If you wish to return items to us for any other reason please get in touch by email with your order reference, so that we can look into your issue, please be aware that all items are custom printed so we are unable to refund items if you have ordered the incorrect size.
All items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery.
Unfortunately we don't offer a free returns service. We recommend using a signed for delivery service to get your items back to us.
Delivery surcharges for priority services are customer preference and will not be refunded.
Returns will not be accepted without a authorisation.
We cannot accept returns of any items that have been customised in any way whatever the reason.
REFUNDS

We will notify you by email once your returns have been received.
After they have been checked by one of our team we will process your refund.
We aim to complete all of this within 5 days.
Your refund will be made by the original payment method.
Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to appear depending on your bank.
